Translate to English Kräuterwürziger und auch leicht phenolisch wirkender Duft mit Pfirsich- und Apfelaromen. Süße Frucht mit deutlich kräuterigen Noten, feiner Säure und etwas sandigem Gerbstoff, noch merklicher Schwefel, feine, lebendige Säure und recht viel Kohlensäure, zartherbe Töne am Gaumen, guter Abgang. Braucht Zeit, gewinnt aber schon jetzt mit viel Luftzufuhr.
