Herb im Mund, mineralisch, fast salzig, pflanzliche Würze, zurückhaltende Frucht und sehr präsente Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, wieder herber, pikanter, säurebetonter Abgang mit vegetabilen Noten.
