Translate to English Etwas anoxidierte, leicht brotige, auch kräuterige Nase mit Mostapfeltönen und hefigen Anklängen. Sehr süß im Mund, kandierte Zitrusfrüchte mit malzigen und getrocknet-floralen Tönen, präsente Säure, etwas rauer und nachtrocknender Gerbstoff am Gaumen, sehr nachhaltig, zum Abgang hin zunehmend straff, viel Zug, sehr langer Abgang mit leicht nussig-herben Nuancen. Zur Gänseleber.
