2001 Lorenzhof Riesling Auslese, Mosel, Germany

Very strong mineral and herbal-spicy aromas, with citrus and peach, as well as delicate notes of black berries. Juicy fruit with a hint of honey and spice, lively acidity, herbs and black berries repeated on palate, minerally, very persistent, long, spicy finish. Needs a bit of time.
