1994 Kasel Nies'chen Riesling Spätlese trocken, Mosel, Germany

Apples and peaches on the nose, delicate herbaceous and mineral notes. Very clear style, light-bodied and straightforward, filigree acidity, mineral notes on the palate too, age almost unnoticeable, good presence, medium length on the finish. Incredibly lively for a dry Riesling 11 years old, and with an alcohol content of only 10%.
