2019 Ungstein Herrenberg Riesling trocken "LUNAtic", Pfalz, Germany

Golden yellow to ochre. Peanutty, vegetal and mushroomy nose with warm yellow fruity notes, floral traces and a little fennel. Warm, sweetish fruit, somewhat muted, smoky, nutty, vegetal and salty tones, slightly lemony acidity, some persistence, warming alcohol, herbal flavours and chalky minerality, slight bitterness, woody flavours, somewhat muted, slightly blurred finish with sweetness and bitterish, hinted at tobacco spice.
