Somewhat ethereal, herbal and nutty aroma with pome and stone fruit notes, a hint of hay and a hint of honey. Slender, sweet fruit with nuances reminiscent of pine needles and redcurrants, suitable acidity, delicate grip, certain persistence, salty and chalky tones, a hint of rhubarb crumble in the background, good finish with a certain phenolic character.
