Translate to English Ein wenig entwickelter, leicht gemüsiger, etwas nussiger und rauchig-speckiger Duft nach teils eingemachten gelben Früchten mit an Kohlrabi erinnernden Nuancen. Sehr süße Frucht mit zart laktischen und wieder gemüsigen Noten, moderate Säure, leicht bitterliche und antrocknende Phenolik, erdige Beitöne, ordentlicher Abgang.
