Translate to English Ein wenig entwickelter, etwas rauchiger, nussiger und vegetabiler bis getrocknet-kräuteriger Duft nach teils eingemachten und teils kandierten gelben Früchten. Reife, teils angetrocknet wirkende, ziemlich süße, nicht ganz klare Frucht mit etwas gemüsigen, ganz leicht an Kohl erinnernden Nuancen, moderate Säure, zarter Gerbstoff-Griff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, antrocknende Phenolik im Hintergrund, ein Hauch dunkler Beeren, ordentlicher, süßer Abgang mit gewissem Bitter und merklichem Alkohol.
