Warm aroma of ripe, partly preserved yellow fruit, mustard cucumber and tarragon with floral nuances, a little candy and a hint of honey. Ripe, melting, warm fruit, nutty and slightly caramelised tones, clearly root vegetables on the palate, some yellow spice and buttery traces, moderate acidity, very light tannin, good persistence, calm style, quite dense and very powerful, almost creamy texture, very good, warm, high-alcohol finish with tones reminiscent of Brazil nut.
