Firm and quite deep, clearly herbaceous aroma of ripe stone and pome fruits, candied citrus fruits and some honeyed cucumber with fennel notes, tarragon and a hint of smoke. Ripe, warm, somewhat sweet fruit with candy notes, nutty aromas and caramel, very fine, moderate acidity and some grip, dense and powerful on the palate, noticeable alcohol and lots of melting, some exoticism on the palate, again also honeyed cucumbers, slightly buttery hints, some depth, salt in the background, very good, warm finish with pickled fruit, caramel, candy and yellow spice.
