Slightly developed, sweet aroma of very ripe, partly pickled and candied citrus fruits and stone fruits with aromas reminiscent of mustard and honey cucumber, some fennel, mushrooms and tobacco. Ripe, juicy, partly candied and preserved, again relatively sweet fruit with nutty aromas and yellow spice, some honey and honey cucumber on the palate, relatively lively acidity, dense and persistent, good depth, has power but also bite, some fennel and aniseed in the background, distinct, salty minerality, a hint of pepper, nutty tones, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish. Will be able to mature for a very long time.
