Warm, dried-vegetable and slightly tobacco aroma of ripe, partly candied yellow fruits and nuts with mushroomy aromas and yellow spice. Very tightly knit, ripe, partly candied, juicy fruit, lots of bite from ripe acidity, herbal and slightly floral aromas, a hint of honey, quite clearly celery, has power, melting, but also a certain freshness, floral nuances, moderate sweetness and tart zest tones, also candied orange peel, still very young, very good, firm finish, sweetish and tart-vegetable at the same time. Must mature.
