Relatively cool, firm, somewhat nutty, mushroomy and dried herbal scent of candied yellow fruits with slightly smoky and delicately floral hints. Ripe, firm, sweet fruit with nuances reminiscent of honey and caramel, lively acidity, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, slight fermentation tones in the background, some depth, earthy and chalky notes, very good to long, juicy and slightly peppery finish with notes of rock candy and some draught.
