Translate to English Herbe, betont vegetabile, vor allem an Wurzelgemüse erinnernde Nase mit leicht krautigen und zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, kühler Mineralik, ein wenig Pfeffer und floralen Spuren. Reife, fest gewirkte, süßlich-saftige Frucht mit viel Kandis sowie vegetabilen und leicht nussigen Aromen, lebendige Säure und noch eine Spur Kohlensäure, etwas Malz im Hintergrund, wachsige Nuancen, ein wenig Butter, viel Kandis, merklicher Alkohol, geht leicht in die Breite, sehr guter, wieder auffallend süßer Abgang. Braucht Zeit.
