Quite firm, deep, smoky and clearly green-vegetable, also herbaceous aroma of ripe, partly candied yellow fruits with some mustard seed, further yellow spice, a hint of tobacco and clear minerality. Very powerful in the mouth, sweetish on the one hand, but also with tart nutty to woody, tobacco and spicy aromas, taut, fine acidity and lots of grip, persistent and dense on the palate, bacony and mushroomy tones, some egg, candy notes, a little mustard seed and cardamom, also tones reminiscent of ginger, hints of bacon, a touch of butter, good depth, very good to long, sweet spicy and alcoholic finish.
