2005 Wachau Ried Steinporz Riesling Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Light herbaceous notes on the nose, very ripe pomaceous and stone fruit, some sugar candy, touch of yellow spice, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, concentrated fruit on the palate, herbaceous and light spicy aromas, persistent, elegant acidity, fairly prominent mineral notes, nutty traces, good grip, fairly full-bodied and slightly creamy, very harmonious, quite expressive on a very good, fairly juicy, minerally finish. Has improved significantly with maturation.
