Clear, firm, polished aroma of dark berries and sour cherries with herbaceous nuances, some juniper, pepper, delicate barrel notes and hints of bacon. Polished, tart, again cool and polished fruit, very fine, youthful tannins and some bite, smoky nuances, a little dried herbs and peppery spice, good persistence, mineral notes, still undeveloped, good to very good, tart finish, again with dark ethereal notes.
