Firm, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, almost a little minty nose with citrus and stone fruit aromas, hints of barrel, some green bacon, cumin and chalky, chalky mineral nuances. Firm, tart, juicy, rather cool fruit, herbaceous and salty notes, hint of chilli pepper on the palate, lively acidity and some grip, smoky nuances, restrained barrel notes again, persistent, certain depth, lots of tart chalky minerality, very good, firm finish.
