Firm nose of ripe black berries and partly preserved cherries with restrained, smoky and somewhat roasted oak notes, some bitter chocolate, pepper, fleshy traces and herbs. Tart, juicy, youthful fruit with smoky and roasted notes, a certain acid bite and crumbly, sandy, still undeveloped tannins, slightly juniper-like on the palate, clear blackberry notes, good persistence, herbal-vegetable nuances, somewhat chalky tones and noticeable salt, very good, cool, tart-juicy finish.
