Taut, tart, juicy, youthful black fruit, quite dark, a little reminiscent of bread crust spice with smoky and slightly roasted tones, again pepper, cocoa and coffee, fine sandy, ripe tannin, chalky and salty tones in the background, ethereal-herbal notes, good depth, a hint of bacon, has power, but also cooling elements, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish with grip.
