Still delicately reductive, nutty-woody aroma of ripe yellow fruits with dried floral nuances, some fennel, slightly ethereal dried herbs and mineral tones. Relatively firm, rather restrained, still reductive, citrus-accentuated fruit with present acidity and tart phenolic tones, persistent on the palate, dried-floral hints, fresh vegetable oil, clear, bright, salty-chalky minerality, very good finish with a lot of bite and floral nuances again.
