Bone dry, restrained, light fruit, planty and somewhat chalky earthy notes, suitable acidity and light touch, floral traces, good persistence, quite firm structure, very good, tart finish

Editor note: Fairly restrained nose, light vegetal notes, tranquil, light yellow fruit aromas, floral traces, light mineral notes. Straightforward, light, dry fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, elegant acidity, light vegetal and floral notes, light tannic touch, fairly persistent, not particularly deep, hint of red berries in the background, good to very good finish.

The vineyards cover 11,461 hectares of vines, stretching between Lake Con stance and the valley of the Tauber below Rothenburg (Taubergrund).
