2023 Pölich Held Riesling Auslese Versteigerungswein, Mosel, Germany

Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and a hint of almond on the nose, partly preserved yellow fruit with a hint of honey and charcoal nuances. Clear, very sweet, again preserved stone fruit with light dark berry flavours and a hint of lavender, lively acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, not too deep, some salt, candied radish on a good to very good finish.
