Nutty pomaceous fruit on the nose, some vanilla and fairly delicate vegetal notes. Ripe, somewhat melting fruit with cooling vegetal notes reminiscent of spring onions, a little butter and again vanilla, good persistence, increasingly chalky-salty notes in the background, warm and cool elements, a hint of citrus zest, very good, still very slightly drying finish with a hint of ash. Gains with air.

Best to drink: 2025-2029+. What our ratings mean
