Deep, relatively dark, smoky and nutty aroma with root vegetables, bacon and rather restrained yellow fruit aromas, a little dried mushrooms, fresh herbal nuances and pronounced minerality. Ripe, firm, dense fruit, nutty, smoky and bacony aromas, root vegetables in the background, delicate buttery hints and certain barrel notes, fine acidity, touch of crumbly tannin, has power, substance and depth, intense salty and chalky minerality, complex spice, very good, firm, spicy finish with melt, bite and pressure.
