Relatively cool, firm and rather bitter, somewhat nutty and herbal to citrus aroma with a hint of light flowers, pepper, and suggested bacon. Polished, firm, juicy fruit with a slightly sweet melt, a trace of mixed berries and some nutty wood aromas, lively acidity, has grip from ripe, still slightly drying tannin, persistent on the palate, salty and chalky minerality, hinted pepper, butter, and lemon verbena, some depth, very good, grippy, restrained sweet finish with cool juice and turmeric.
