Cool, fresh, planty, slightly yeasty and chalky-mineral nose with restrained, very bright yellow fruity notes. Quite firmly woven, again bright fruit, nutty yeasty and planty tones, clear, chalky mineral tones, a hint of egg white and fresh butter, good persistence and substance, certain melting, gains depth with air, very good finish.
