Clear, firm, still slightly smoky and yeasty, also delicately bacony aroma with bright yellow fruity notes, fine vegetal hints and some minerality. Quite firm, youthful fruit, nutty, vegetal and again slightly smoky aromas, some grip and relatively fine acidity, good persistence, mineral in the background, a touch of carbonic acid, very delicately sweet melting, but also tart spicy aromas, medium power, good to very good finish
