2017 Iphofen Julius-Echter-Berg Silvaner Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart nose, prominent vegetal and mineral notes, very restrained yellow fruit aromas, hint of tobacco and some pistachioes. Ripe, bone dry, firmly structured fruit on the palate, vegetal and delicate floral notes, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide grip, concentrated and persistent, prominent mineral notes, very light nutty traces, good depth, still undeveloped, chalky and salty mineral notes on a very good, firm, tart finish.
