Tart nose, light vegetal notes, prominent earthy and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit, peppery traces, hint of bacon and floral traces. Tart, firm fruit on the palate, delicate yeasty, nutty and prominent mineral notes, elegant, lively acidity, vegetal and herbaceous notes, hint of bacon, touch of white pepper, persistent, has substance and grip, good depth, still young, slightly noticeable warm alcohol on a very good firm, tart finish.
