Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, light smoky traces, hint of mushrooms, light yellow fruit aromas, delicate oaky touch. Bone dry, restrained fruit on the palate, smoky, yeasty and vegetal notes, hint of tobacco and bacon, earthyand chalky mineral notes, full body, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, slightly rust5ic style, noticeable tannins, slightly astringent ona a firm, tart finish.
