Herb und süßlich zugleich im Mund, deutlich pflanzlich und erdig, zitrusbetonte Frucht mit präsenter Säure, leicht rauer und ein wenig trocknender Gerbstoff, hat Schmelz, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und etwas Wärme, guter, süßlich-säuerlicher Abgang.
