Fest gewirkt im Mund, recht saftige, teils kandiert wirkende Frucht mit präsenter Säure, wachisge Anklänge, etwas getrocknet-vegetabil, im Hintergrund mineralisch, erdige Noten, ein Hauch Speck, ein wenig rustikal, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit Biss.
