Translate to English Recht fester, herber, etwas vegetabiler, speckiger und erdiger Duft mit Kernobstnoten, etwas Zitrusfrüchten und einem Hauch dunkler Beeren mit kräuterigen und leicht nussigen Aromen sowie recht deutlicher Mineralik. Kräftig im Mund, saftige Frucht mit speckigen und erdig-mineralischen Noten, leicht altholzig wirkend am Gaumen, noch etwas gedeckt und wenig entwickelt, erdige Mineralik, gute Nachhaltigkeit, ein wenig Tabak und Speck, präsente Säure, leichter Gerbstoff, eher rustikaler Stil, hat gewisses Fett, aber auch festen Bau, sehr guter, herber, noch leicht rauer Abgang mit etwas Alkoholwärme.
