Translate to English Vegetabiler und deutlich erdiger bis mineralischer Duft mit Kernobstnoten, ein wenig Zwiebeln und Lauch sowie pilzigen Nuancen. Feinsaftige, herbe Frucht, vegetabile und leicht nussig-hefige Aromen, lebendige Säure, relativ fester Bau, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, etwas gedeckt und rau, im Hintergrund mineralisch, noch jung, mittlere Kraft, guter bis sehr guter, wieder herber und ein wenig trocknender Abgang mit wärmendem Alkohol. Deutlich überzeugender als die erste Probe.

Editor note: Translate to English Leicht holzig wirkender, etwas vegetabiler und erdiger Duft mit Kernobstaromen und ein wenig Tabak. Herbe, schmelzige Frucht im Mund, deutlich vegetabile und auch erdige Aromen, etwas Wachs und Tabak, feine Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, recht kräftig, nur nicht allzu tief, ganz leicht rustikale Art, einen Hauch bitterlich, ordentlicher Abgang mit spürbarem Alkohol.
