Translate to English Herber, erdiger, nussiger und etwas vegetabiler Duft mit Kernobst- und Melonentönen, Trockenkräuternoten und mineralischer Würze. Klare, geradlinige, feinsaftige Frucht mit feinherber Kräuterwürze und viel Mineralik, straffe Säure und leichte Kohlensäure, viel Griff am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit und etwas Tiefe, relativ vielschichtig, für einen Kabinett auch eigentlich deutlich zu kräftig, hat aber Klasse, sehr guter Abgang.
