Translate to English Deutlich vegetabile Nase mit einem Hauch Champignons, Kernobstaromen sowie erdigen und ganz leicht herb-nussigen Tönen. Im Mund deutlich nussig, erdig-würzig und etwas pflanzlich bis kräuterig, feine, lebendige Säure und deutliche, ein wenig unpassende Kohlensäure, zusammen mit dem Gerbstoff ein wenig rau am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, hat Substanz und Kraft, gewisser Schmelz, guter bis sehr guter, recht saftiger und leicht würziger Abgang, wieder mit ein wenig störender Kohlensäure. Noch immer jung.

Editor note: Translate to English Geschliffene, deutlich vegetabile Nase mit erdigen Tönen und zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen. Fest gewirkt im Mund, herbwürzig, etwas rauchig und altholzig, präsente Säure, noch leicht raue Kohlensäure und gewisser Schmelz, herbe pflanzliche und erdig-mineralische Würze am Gaumen, nachhaltig, noch kaum entwickelt, etwas Tiefe, im Hintergrund Mineralik, sehr guter Abgang.
