Slightly nutty, vegetal and a touch buttery aroma of stone fruit and orange peel with hints of light tobacco and fine spice. Ripe, juicy fruit, again also with citrus peel tones, vegetal to herbal aromas on the palate, nutty traces, lively acidity and some tannin, persistent on the palate, some power, again a little butter, good persistence, very slightly muted, but overall in quite amazing condition, salt in the background, tobacco nuances, very good finish.

Editor note: Clearly vegetal nose with citrus and pome fruit notes with dried floral and slightly chalky earthy notes. Rather tart, bright fruit, distinctly vegetal and slightly nutty tones, quite lively acidity and some grip, persistent on the palate, has substance, herbal nuances, a hint of pepper, quite distinct minerality, very good, relatively juicy finish. Still stands up amazingly well.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, etwas erdiger und vegetabiler Duft mit Noten von kandierten gelben Früchten, herben Kräuteraromen, ein wenig Wachs, floralen Spuren und deutlicher Mineralik. Recht saftige Frucht im Mund, Kandis- und Wachstöne, präsente Säure und etwas Gerbstoff, im Hintergrund erdige und deutlich mineralische Töne, nachhaltig am Gaumen, fester Bau, noch sehr jung, etwas Tiefe, herbe Kräuternoten, rustikaler Stil, sehr guter Abgang.
