Translate to English Grasig-kräuterige Würze in der Nase, mineralische Noten, dazu Zitrusfrüchte, etwas Apfel und gemüsige Anklänge. Recht klare, trockene, etwas saftige Frucht mit grasig-kräuterigen und gemüsigen Tönen, feine, lebendige Säure und etwas Kohlensäure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, nussige Anklänge, hat Schliff, aber für einen Kabinett auch eigentlich viel zu viel Alkohol, dennoch recht gute Balance, leicht mineralische Töne, recht guter, wenn auch eine Spur nachtrocknender Abgang.
