2000 Rödelsee Küchenmeister Silvaner Spätlese trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Spicy nose, very slightly perfumed, aromas of green apples, lemons and some honey melon. Quite concentrated fruit, herbs and spices, lively, harmonious acidity, mineral notes on the palate, bone dry style, quite persistent, good body, dry finish with strong mineral notes.
