Fester and deeper, somewhat smokier, nutty and vegetal to ethereal-herbaceous scent of yellow fruits with delicate floral and slightly fungal notes and black pepper. Bitter, firm citrus fruit with a slightly sweet melt, some nutty and spicy wood notes and a hint of dark berries, lively yet fine acidity, fine sandy, still slightly drying tannin, good substance and sustainability, some depth, salty and almost stony minerality, a trace of crab meat and shiitake mushrooms, then vanilla, has power, very good, grippy finish with bite. Should age a little.
