A firm and rather deep, noble, slightly smoky scent of ripe citrus fruits with herbal and very fine vegetable aromas, floral nuances, bright wood notes as well as a hint of bread and floral accents. Taut, ripe, juicy fruit, lively acidity, nutty, bready, and bright woody notes, slightly creamy on the palate, but also with bite, a bit of smoke, fresh herbal-plant tones, a touch of spring onions, in the background salt and chalky tones, a hint of tobacco, good depth, very good, juicy finish with bite and a bit of tannin grip.
