Translate to English Fester und tiefer, feiner, merklich rauchiger, dazu harzig-kräuteriger und fein-gemüsiger Duft nach kleinen überwiegend dunklen Beeren und ein wenig Sauerkirsche mit speckigen Nuancen, einem Hauch Roter Bete sowie floralen und pfeffrigen Anklängen. Ziemlich fest auch im Mund, dabei noch völlig unentwickelt, rauchige, etwas speckig und leicht hefig, etwas röstige Holznoten, präsente, recht feine Tannine und Biss, im Hintergrund kreidige und salzige Mineralik, dann schwarze Oliven, gute Tiefe, herbe tabakige Noten, angedeutet Asche und Ruß, sehr guter, fester Abgang. Muss reifen.
