Quite firm, still slightly smoky-reductive, somewhat vegetal to herbal and hints of mushroomy scent of yellow fruits with a hint of broccoli and fennel as well as light wood notes. Polished, ripe, juicy fruit with nuances reminiscent of Brazil nuts and artichokes, with air also sweetish-exotic hints, lively acidity, has grip and good persistence, salty and chalky minerality, slight fermentation tones in the background, certain depth, hints of pepper, very good finish. May mature a little.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
