2022 Sauvignon Blanc "Opus-Oskar", Pfalz, Germany

Firm, tart, still somewhat closed and clearly yeasty aroma of white and a little yellow fruit, root vegetables and also green-vegetable tones. with air, increasingly also black berries. Firmly knit, tangy fruit with yeasty, nutty, clearly planty and slightly ethereal-spicy aromas, lively acidity, much grip of ripe tannin, persistent and dense on the palate, smoky nuances, still undeveloped, good depth and substance, a little dark berries in the background, clear minerality, moderate wood notes, quite complex, has power and at the same time tension, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish with grip.
