Reife, feste, herb-saftige Frucht, feinsandiges, jugendliches, dabei mürbes Tannin, getrocknet-pflanzliche bis kräuterige Aromen, eine Spur Rauch, nachhaltig am Gaumen, angedeutet Kaffee im Hintergrund, Pfeffer und eine Spur Bitterschokolade, deutliche Mineralik, sehr guter, fester, saftiger und würziger Abgang, wieder mit Wacholder.
