2017 Sauvignon Blanc trocken Opus-Oskar, Pfalz, Germany

Firm, nutty and delicate woody spicy scent of ripe yellow fruits with floral and vegetable to herbal aromas, some yeast, black berry traces and light mineral notes. Firmly knitted, ripe, very juicy fruit with light nutty and delicate smoky tones, some nuts and fine vegetal to herbaceous aromas, very fine acidity, mature tannins, dense and persistent on the palate, in the background light chalky-salty mineral, still young, somewhat Warmth, tobacco notes, hints of smoke almonds, good depth, complex, light floral nuances, a tiny trace of peat, very good to long, complex, slightly warm finish.
