Still a little restless and smoky-reductive nose with light pomaceous yellow fruit aromas, distinct, fine vegetal aromas and nutty notes. Ripe, somewhat melting, slightly warm fruit with grip and fine, moderate acidity, delicately smoky on the palate, then nutty and very delicately buttery again, good substance and persistence, vegetable tones reminiscent of kohlrabi in the background, hints of dark spice, initially a little soft, but tightens noticeably with air, becomes more grippy, also gains freshness and complexity once again, very good finish.
