2022 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Silvaner trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Restrained, fine, almost calm pome fruit nose with very delicate notes of aromatic smoke and vegetal nuances. Clear, fine-juicy and slightly melting, yet completely dry fruit, nutty and again hinted at smoky aromas, slightly vegetal in the background, very fine spiciness, lasting, good substance, some depth, mineral hints, very good finish with calm, clear juice and very fine vegetal tones reminiscent of celery.
